Gov. Rick Snyder recommended increasing the off-road vehicle license fee from $16.25 per year to $35 starting in fiscal 2013, and then up to $45 the following year. ORV users surveyed are against the increase (duh!) but interestingly, snowmobilers supported a hefty increase a few years ago to maintain trails. More here…
