Man Sues Cabela’s and Ten Point for Crossbow Mishap

Cyril B. Korte filed a lawsuit  against Hunter’s Manufacturing Company doing business as Tenpoint Crossbow Technologies and Cabela’s Retail.   It seems as though Korte lost a portion of his thumb, because he couldn’t follow instructions and now it’s someone else’s fault.  Sure hope he doesn’t run his car into a tree, because it doesn’t have accident avoidance protections built in.  Details here…
