Youngster Acquitted of Charges in Open Carry Case

Sean Combs was arrested April 12 after police found him with the M1 carbine  strapped to his back walking the streets in Birmingham, Michigan.  So, the cops arrested him and charged him with brandishing a weapon, among other charges.  As mentioned in an earlier post, carrying does not equal brandishing.  A jury agreed here…
