A Gun Buy-Back Program that Makes Sense

I always thought this would be a good idea – and, it is!  Why should we pay police to go through the motions of crime control by offering to buy guns from citizens and then spend more money to destroy them?  We shouldn’t.  A better solution for those that want to “turn in” unwanted, working firearms is here…
