Tucson Thumbs its Nose at Law

Much like Obama gets around laws by asserting authority he does not have, the city of Tucson has found a way to skirt the laws of Arizona.  Instead of passing a law, the city council just passes resolutions.  Mandatory background checks are the result.  A lame excuse defines what they have concluded we all need is here…
