The Vortek™ Pistol By Traditions New And Improved For 2014

Old Saybrook, CT   – Traditions™ Performance Firearms, known for their extremely accurate and dependable muzzleloaders is pleased to announce the new and improved Vortek™ Pistol.  For 2014, the Vortek Pistol is available with synthetic grips and forends (except on walnut model).  This makes the pistol extra durable and able to stand up to the paces at the range or in the field.
The Vortek™ Pistol is designed after the performance-proven Vortek™ muzzleloader. Taking on the key features of the rifle, the heart and soul of the Vortek™ Pistol is the break-open action with the Accelerator Breech Plug™. The Vortek™ Pistol is equipped with a 209 shotgun primer ignition, LT-1 Alloy frame and Speed Load System – just to name a few in the long list of features!

The Vortek™ Pistol is coated in Premium CeraKote Finish, which is 50 times more corrosion resistant than stainless steel in protecting against corrosive black powder, cleaning chemicals, and any weather Mother Nature can dish out.. The Vortek™ Pistol has a maximum charge of 70 grains and is available with or without a scope in either walnut, synthetic black, or synthetic Reaper Buck camo grips and forends.
