Registration Now Open for Crosman All-American Field Target Championship

BLOOMFIELD, New York (MARCH 13, 2015) In just five years Crosman Coporation, the world leader in airguns and ammunition, has grown its regional field target competition into the country’s second largest, behind only the American Airgun Field Target Association’s national championship. For 2015, the Crosman All-American will take place June 13-14 at the Rochester Brooks Gun Club in Rush, NY.

The event has grown to include nearly 100 competitors in six air rifle disciplines and an air pistol event, so a venue change was needed to accomodate the increasing interest from shooters across the country. “We’ve had competitors from the west coast put us on their calendar as a must-attend event and each year we’ve had international interest as well,” says Mark DeBoard, Manager of Shooting Services for Crosman. “This year we’ve moved the date in order to accomodate many European shooters who want to come but have had conflicts with their own national matches.”

The Crosman All-American is open to professional and amateur shooters of all ages and is free for the public to attend. Competitors will have 120 shots over two days to determine winners in divisions and classes that are based on the airgun and support equipment they use. “This year shooters can expect more variety in the course layout with targets that provide a challenge for experienced competitors, while remaining forgiving enough for first-timers,” added DeBoard.

The weekend will kickoff on Friday, June 12 with registration, sighting-in and the popular Quigley Bucket Shoot. The entry free for the two-day rifle competition is $75.00 and includes a free entry to the pistol match. Those interested in trying out the sport and shooting on only one of the two days may register for $50.00. Pistol-only competitors may register for $25.00. All registrations include the free Quigley Bucket Challenge and a Crosman gift bag valued at $85.00.
