Here in Wyoming I doubt this scum bag would have gotten too far because everyone can conceal carry w/out a permit the problem is except in schools where it is a gun free zone. Sooooo that being said the nut job who showed up at Casper College a couple weeks ago and killed someone with a crossbow wasn’t stopped because no one had a gun. You can’t use logic with liberals…..there are those on my side of the family who just are completely clueless to logic and the gun must go not the nutjob.
