World history has proved otherwise. Driving a car is not a right; to keep and bear arms is – and this right – the only one that protects our other rights – shall not be infringed. With 20,000 gun laws on the books already, who would belive another law will make people non-violent.

If a person is truly law abiding, and really has faith in the rule of law then there is no reason to fear registration of guns. Those who oppose registration seem to do so on the basis of fear of tyranny FROM our government. If this is truly a worthy fear, that is if tyranny FROM our own government is actually about to happen, then all is already lost.
