Sounds like hyperbole to me. We already had a wolf hunt in Michigan before the misdirected protections were placed on over-populated wolf numbers and nothing of the sort you describe happened. In fact, only half of the quota of 46 wolves were taken that season. Leave “management” to the Lefties that share the common denominator of banning hunting and we get absolutely NO management.

There is an ACTUAL “SCIENCE BASED” wolf management plan in the works at this time in WI. The word “SCIENCE” is bandied about repeatedly, but when there are climate change deniers a-foot it is meaningless. Both Tammy Baldwin/Amy Klobachar’s wolf bill and these two petitions are not taking so many factors into account. The Wisconsin Bear Hunters Association want to run packs of hounds on packs of wolves in our National and State Forests, and THAT is what these petitions are all about. Dog fights in the woods, wolf hunts every year being triggered by no ESL due to ACT 169 are mandatory. So go camping in WI and get driven out by packs of wolves being chased through your camp site by packs of hounds. NOPE!
