In South Africa, most of the hunts are in the Northern Cape, Kalahari and Mpumalanga province, but hunts can be catered to fit the trophy needs in other areas of South Africa. The mountainous private reserve in Mpumalanga provides an exciting and challenging hunting experience with a variety of plains game and dangerous game. It is also close to the famous Kruger National Park and Panorama route which provide an excellent opportunity for hunter’s families and guests to experience a guided sightseeing tour.
In Namibia, Thormahlen & Cochran Safaris operate on huge government and communal free range conservancies, as well as various private properties enabling them to offer clients a complete range of all possible species in Namibia. Free range Kaokoland Conservancy concessions, on the western side of Etosha National Park, give clients the opportunity to hunt on 1.55 million acres of pristine, breath-taking, un-spoilt, unfenced Africa.
Western Kavango and Mangetti Concession have a beautiful environment with a variety of game. Rare species of game like the black and white rhino and wild dog populations occur in the concession.
