“ATA Show New Product Premiere” Debuts on January 16 on Outdoor Channel and Sportsman Channel
ATA Special Airs January 16 at 6:00 p.m. ET
DENVER (January 15, 2021) – The Archery Trade Association (ATA) and Outdoor Sportsman Group (OSG) are pleased to announce that their collaborative ATA New Product Premiere will air on Outdoor Channel and Sportsman Channel on January 16 at 6:00 p.m. ET. The 30-minute, limited interruption program detailing new products and technologies from some of the biggest names in the industry, is an innovative response to the ATA’s difficult decision to host their annual trade show virtually January 11-15, 2021.
The ATA New Product Premiere offers viewers a detailed look at new gear from some of the industry’s top manufacturers, and it’s presented by the seasoned experts from some of Outdoor Sportsman Groups’ most respected multimedia brands including: Bowhunter, Petersen’s Bowhunting, North American Whitetail and Game & Fish Magazines.
“Without a doubt, the annual ATA Show is the pivotal kickoff event for the archery market’s new season of product introductions, with consumers anxiously awaiting all the new gear and services coming out of that show,” Outdoor Sportsman Group Publishing COO Michael Carney said. “We applaud the ATA management and participating members for their leadership in ensuring that, in spite of the physical show not taking place due to the pandemic, consumers will have the opportunity to see and learn about some truly ground-breaking new products and services in a dynamic, entertaining format.”
New product information also will be revealed in the coming days on leading OSG websites like Bowhunter.com, BowhuntingMag.com, NorthAmericanWhitetail.com and GameandFishMag.com. Plus, the ATA coverage continues as the editorial teams from Bowhunter, Petersen’s Bowhunting, North American Whitetail and Game & Fish Magazine continue to deliver timely information and product reviews in the coming weeks.
“It was our intention from the very beginning to provide participating partners with ongoing new-product exposure across our multimedia brands, just as though the physical ATA Show had taken place,” Outdoor Sportsman Group Bowhunting Brands Publisher Jeff Waring said.
While there’s the obvious disappointment that the tightly-knit bowhunting community can’t gather this month in Indianapolis, there’s also plenty of optimism looking ahead at the coming year.
“We definintely miss seeing our ATA members and industry friends in person,” ATA Senior Director of Trade Show and Membership Maria Lewis said. “But, we’re excited to be partnered with Outdoor Sportsman Group to bring the unique ATA New Product Premiere to consumers, retailers and dealer members.”
