U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance Seeks Michigan Volunteers
The U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance is searching for a few good men—and women—who live in Michigan and who have a strong interest in supporting and protecting our hunting heritage. Several programs are in need of volunteers immediately.
First, we are in the midst of building a network of sportsmen’s clubs from coast to coast to provide a grassroots army to protect our rights. If you are a member of a sportsmen’s club in Michigan, we need your help in speaking to your club about our organization and our club membership program. Compensation is available. If interested, please contact Frank Price at 614-266-7305 or email fprice@ussportsmen.org.
Another volunteer opportunity will put you on the front lines in introducing the next generation to our sports. The Trailblazer Adventure Program introduces youth and their families to an outdoor lifestyle. We are seeking volunteers to operate stations that teach about shooting, archery, fishing, trapping, hunting dogs, game calling, and more.
Come share your talent and passion with the next generation. Numerous Trailblazer events are planned for late summer and this fall. We’d like to hear from you and use your talents. Contact Kali Parmley at 614-888-4868 ext. 219 or email kparmley@ussportsmen.org.
As you can tell, there are many projects underway as the U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance works to protect your state—and nation’s—hunting heritage. Donating as little as one hour of your time will help. Don’t delay, get involved today!
