KRISS USA is proud to announce that the highly anticipated KRISS Vector Gen 3 is now shipping to authorized dealers across the country. Offered in multiple configurations – including carbine (CRB), pistol (SDP), short-barreled rifle (SBR), and submachine gun (SMG) for military and law enforcement – the Gen 3 builds on the Vector platform’s reputation for innovation and precision engineering. This latest iteration introduces user-focused enhancements with improved ergonomics, customization, and overall performance.
The KRISS Vector Gen 3 delivers substantial upgrades to both its upper and lower housings, enhancing user adaptability, ergonomics, and customization. A standout feature is the new KRISS beavertail pistol grip, which offers interchangeable core inserts for a personalized setup – either as an open-bottom design or with an extended grip core connecting to the upper receiver. The upper housing also supports aftermarket AR-15 style grips, while a rear-facing, 2-slot MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny stock mount provides flexibility for attaching a variety of aftermarket stocks.
Performance is further refined with a skeletonized trigger that reduces pre-travel to 0.7mm from the previous generation’s 3.0mm, delivering a more responsive and precise trigger pull. The lower housing introduces an ambidextrous magazine release that can be configured for left- or right-handed operation. Additional enhancements include a redesigned magwell with textured sides for improved grip and control, and a shift from a lower Picatinny rail to an M-LOK handguard. This updated handguard offers greater versatility for accessories and can be easily removed to accommodate barrel shrouds or extended handguards, catering to a wide array of user preferences.
The KRISS Vector Gen 3 features the patented Super V Recoil Mitigation System for superior recoil control and reduced muzzle rise, along with a low bore axis for enhanced stability and accuracy. It also supports standard Glock magazines, ensuring seamless interchangeability for users familiar with Glock-style mags.
In the first quarter of 2025, KRISS USA will also introduce an upgrade service for Gen 1 and Gen 2 Vector models, enabling owners to update their firearms to the latest Gen 3 specifications. This service offers a complete refurbishment, incorporating all the enhancements of the Gen 3 platform.
