Century Arms is proud to introduce three new additions to the AP (Apparatus Pistol) series from MKE. Based on the success of the AP5 and AP5-P platforms launched in 2022, Century Arms and MKE identified the overwhelming demand to the US consumer for other dynamic offerings like the AP5-SD, AP51 and AP53. These roller delayed blowback firearms based and built off of the original and historic designs from the 1970’s is a must have product for everyone your avid range warriors to the collectors. Adopted for use across the globe for over 50 years, few firearms have held the level of lore that this platform has.
The Century Arms AP5-SD is chambered in 9mm, with a capacity of 30+1 rounds, has an overall length of 24.75/30 inches, a width of 2.3 inches, a height of 8.3 inches, a cold hammer forged barrel length of 5.75 inches and an unloaded weight of 6.66 lbs (3kg). The AP5-SD is suppressor ready with a 1/2×28 thread and 3 lug adapter, equipped with a removable Faux Suppressor and ambidextrous selector. It has a MP5 Navy style grip and comes with a Claw mounted 1913 Picatinny Rail. The AP5-SD is priced at $1699.
The Century Arms AP 51 is based on the iconic HK51 PDW and is chambered in 7.62x51mm, with a 20 round G3 Patterned Polymer magazine, an overall length of 23.3 inches, a width of 2.2 inches, a height of 8.5 inches, a cold hammer forged barrel length of 8.3 inches and an unloaded weight of 7.9lbs (3.6kg). The AP 51 is equipped with a Navy style assembly with an ambidextrous selector, MP5 compatible wide handguard, standard G3 trigger set-up and bird cage style flash hider. The AP 51 is priced at $1799.
The Century Arms AP 53 is based on the iconic HK53 and is chambered in 5.56x45mm, with a 30 round HK 33 pattern polymer magazine, an overall length of 22.3 inches, a width of 2.2 inches, a height of 10 inches, a cold hammer forged barrel length of 8.3 inches and an unloaded weight of 7.2lbs (3.3kg). The AP 53 is equipped with a Navy style assembly with an ambidextrous selector, MP5 compatible wide handguard, standard HK33 trigger set-up and 4 prong flash hider. The AP53 is priced at $1799.
