The Department of Natural Resources will provide the public with extended shooting hours at its four staffed shooting ranges on the three weekends prior to November 15 (October 27-28, November 3-4, and November 10-11).
The Rose Lake (Clinton County) and Sharonville (Jackson County) shooting range hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The Ortonville (Lapeer County) and Pontiac Lake (Oakland County) shooting range hours will be 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
As a reminder, the shooting ranges are open seven days per week from November 1-15. Beginning November 16, the ranges are open five days per week, Thursdays through Mondays.
