The bill to be proposed by Senator Mike Green, like its predecessor, seeks to streamline the permit process and eliminate “gun-free zones” by allowing individuals who receive extra training to carry concealed pistols into areas currently forbidden by Michigan law, including sports stadiums, bars and entertainment facilities.
