Potterfields Donate Over $236,00 to Youth Shooting Sports in October
Columbia, MO – The ever-growing industry of youth shooting sports received a donation of just over $236,000 from Larry and Brenda Potterfield this past month. That donation to the MidwayUSA Foundation will benefit youth shooting organizations across the country. A large portion of this donation stems from matching every dollar that comes into the MidwayUSA Foundation, through both general donations and those achieved through special Foundation promotions.
“We want to see the sport become stronger and more competitive. This is our way of helping to change the future of shooting sports,” explained Larry Potterfield in regards to their determination to match each dollar.
The MidwayUSA Foundation, Inc. is a public charity established to help communities and organizations raise funds to support high school, college and other youth shooting teams and activities. It currently serves over 1500 teams through its Team Endowment Account Program.
