Crest Marine, LLC, manufacturer of Crest Pontoon Boats in Owosso, MI is seeking a highly motivated, skilled Regional Sales Manager to represent and sell its complete line of pontoon boats within its northeast sales territory.
Crest Marine began manufacturing pontoon boats in 1957 and has built and sold tens of thousands of pontoons, making it one of the largest manufacturers in the pontoon segment. In 2010, Crest Marine was purchased by a small group of business men and remains a privately held company today. Since 2010, Crest Marine is one of the fastest growing pontoon brands and is seeking to continue its rapid growth and dealer network expansion by adding a Regional Sales Manager for the northeast sales territory.
The desired sales professional candidate should possess an entrepreneurial spirit along with a passionate, positive and self driven attitude to succeed.
The Regional Sales Manager we are seeking should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred). We will consider the right experience over a degree. • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision within their defined sales territory • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing business relationships, particularly with independently owned business owners, presidents and CEO’s • Business-to-business sales experience and should possess a “nose” for the business • Skilled with a laptop computer and the Microsoft Office suite of products, especially, Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint • Proven track record of account management along with being able to develop, expand and grow a sales territory • Ability to conduct product sales training sessions • Ability to plan, develop and work Trade Boat Show displays and Events • Excellent customer follow up, attention to detail, strong organization and efficient time management skills • Overnight travel is required along with some weekend work/travel
Your compensation will be based on your own motivation to succeed. The successful candidate has the potential to earn with no earnings limitations.
