Unlike sandbags that can fall out of a blind, the patented (U.S. Pat. No. 8,516,733; U.S. Pat. No. D673,237) RRR gun rest (or “triple R”) provides a steady, sure shot off any surface and helps to eliminate noise when shifting the gun to different shooting positions.
It is made out of neoprene with a built-in thick, Armaflex foam cushion that not only protects the rifle stock, but also provides a water-resistant rest on the gun that allows the shooter to move from location to location without having to carry any other portable rest or sandbag.
Made to use on a bolt action, automatic, single shot or lever action rifle, the RRR gun rest can fit rifle stocks from 1 ¼ inches to 2 ¼ inches wide and does not affect barrel harmonics or scope clarity.
