With features requested by the modern law enforcement community and shooting sports enthusiasts alike, UTG PRO’s new made in USA S1 stock kit meets the demand of modern shooters, excelling within various diverse roles and applications. With an 8″ extended overall length in position 1, the stock is flush with the rear of the lower receiver. The S1 stock not only has a pleasing integral look when collapsed, but has a length of pull (LOP) in line with modern shooting techniques. Should the need for a longer LOP arise, the 6 adjustable positions can extend up to a 12″ maximum length to accommodate many different shooters.
Despite its rugged design with twice the material strength of a standard AR stock, it is still light enough to be carried for a long period of time without fatigue. An ergonomically chamfered, built-in, rubberized butt pad and a slanted cheek rest enhance shooting stability and promote consistent firearm control. The dual storage compartments at the rear of the stock, easily accessible via two removable waterproof caps, can store up to 3 CR123 batteries each. The compartment design on the outside has a unique shape, providing the stock with a generous cheek weld. Equipped with an integral ambidextrous standard sling loop and QD sling swivel housing, the S1 stock is user friendly for both left and right handed shooters and is compatible with a broader selection of slings.
Quick to perform and strong in design, the new S1 Stock Kit from UTG PRO comes complete with all the components needed for installation: castle nut, buffer, buffer spring, tear-drop ring, and a USA made commercial-spec extension tube precision machined from black anodized aircraft grade aluminum with rolled threads. Throughout its manufacturing, tight tolerance controls are implemented resulting in a finished product with excellent fit and finish deemed for heavy use. The S1 is available in black or flat dark earth colors, in commercial or mil-spec, and sold as either a complete stock kit or as a standalone stock.
