Boise, ID- Tactical Solutions, one of the leading manufacturers of high quality firearms and firearm accessories, has just teamed up with Anschütz North America, a leading manufacturer in air rifles and air rifle accessories, to release the ANSCHÜTZ 8002 S2 Black Air Hunter. This rifle is the next step in urban varmint hunting.
This first-time collaboration between Anschütz North America and Tactical Solutions has yielded a high-powered and accurate product. Both, Anschütz North America and Tactical Solutions are known for their various high-quality and versatile products. “It is a major feather in our cap for us to be affiliated in a joint project with such a well-respected company,” said Chet Alvord, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “I cannot think of a better company to partner with on this project than Anschütz, their products are bar none the best and to have this opportunity to collaborate is an honor.”
This project came about when Anschütz North America’s president, Steven Boelter, wanted an air rifle that was for a more urban environment. Boelter decided to team with Tactical Solutions because of their high standards and extremely high quality products. In the end, this collaboration was a hit that yielded the industry’s quietest and highest quality air rifle to date.
The Black Air Hunter is a single shot, .177 caliber air rifle that is fitted with a custom tuned moderator, made by Tactical Solutions, here in the USA, and features a permanently attached “K-Baffle” designed aluminum core. With this lightweight moderator attachment, the Black Air Hunter is remarkably quieter than its European competitors.
