The Lightning Compressor was specifically designed with the PCP airgun enthusiast in mind – providing up to 310 BAR (4500 PSI) – and as its name indicates, ultra-fast. In fact, the Lightning Compressor can refill a 6.8L carbon fiber tank to maximum capacity in under one hour. But what sets this air compressor apart from others on the market is the electronic operating system within.
Sitting atop the Lightning Compressor is a digital gauge that not only serves to show the current pressure, but also controls and allows users to select their fill pressure and how often they would like to compressor to auto-purge.
The innovative design of the compressor incorporates an advanced 3-stage moisture removal system to protect both your airguns and your compressor. The first line of defense is the automatic purge system, which periodically opens a valve during the fill cycle to remove any accumulated moisture from the system – a function that would otherwise have to be performed manually. This unique system also incorporates a one-way valve that prevents pressure loss during filling.
The second stage is a vertical moisture trap with internal filter, designed to draw out moisture as the pressurized air passes through. And, the final stop is a desiccant filter that further drops the moisture content immediately before the air is pumped
into your storage tank.
To ensure user friendliness, safety, and long-lasting reliability, the Lightning Compressor features a liquid cooling system to keep temperatures down and everything running smoothly. The onboard water storage tank and heat exchanger are designed to maintain simplicity of operation and storage, as well as aesthetics. No giant fan, no messy external pump, and no water bucket to worry about knocking over.

The Lightning Compressor will be available from HatsanUSA dealers later this year at an MSRP of $1299.99, and is backed from HatsanUSA’s 1-year limited warranty.
