The most noticeable feature of this new hard-hitting PCP is its synthetic bullpup stock, with “EasyAdjust” cheek comb and elevation adjustment button. The Hercules Bully is also twelveinches shorter than its predecessor and is equipped with a carbon fiber air reservoir to reduce weight by 3 pounds. These components work in collaboration to not only reduce weight, but also provide shooters with a more balanced and comfortable shot.
Additionally, Hatsan has relocated the cocking mechanism to sit just above the trigger – making this bullpup rifle easier to cock, and eliminating the need to remove it from the shooting position when cycling the next round.
Despite these advancements and upgrades, the Hercules Bully will have an MSRP of $899.99, making it one of the most affordable side-lever action big bore airguns on the market without sacrificing any of the hallmark features found in nearly all of Hatan’s PCP airguns – including a Quattro two-stage adjustable trigger and a QuietEnergy fully shrouded and barrel with Integrated Sound Moderator that reduces shot noise by up to 50%.
