The spring rebate program will run from April 1- May 31, 2018. During that time period, cash back rebates will be offered with the purchase of the following qualified products:

To claim a rebate, customers must purchase a qualifying product during the above date range, and complete the following steps.
– Fill out an official rebate form.
– Cut out and enclose the UPC barcode from the product packaging.
– Enclose a copy of the sales receipt dated on or between 4/01/2018 to 5/31/2018.
