Hogue’s rubber grips are known for their long lasting durability and comfort and the Micro 9 grip is no exception. Designed to offer maximum comfort to your shooting experience, the Micro 9 grip complements the firearm’s natural aesthetics. The pistol grip feels soft and resilient in your hand, yet is molded with reinforcing inserts which engage directly with the firearm frame and grip screws for a rock-solid grip-to-frame fit. The finger grooves lead into a gentle palm swell that has been carefully designed to fit naturally in the hand for instinctive handling. The grip is textured with Hogue’s familiar Cobblestone™ pattern that provides an efficient non-slip, non-irritating grip on the rubber.
Hogue offers an extended magazine base pad for the Kimber Micro 9 as well. Once installed on the base of the firearm’s magazine, the base pad extends the grip on the pistol to create a third finger groove for full hand support. The base pad provides extra grab for quicker reloads and well as protects the magazine during quick reload ground drops.
Both the grip and the base pad are built from a long-lasting durable thermoplastic elastomer compound. This rubber ages very gracefully and keeps a firm, grippy feel throughout the life of the grip. It will not harden, split or crack with age or use. The Micro 9 grip has an MSRP of $26.95 for black, and $29.95 for OD green, flat dark earth, aqua, pink and purple. The extended base pad has an MSRP of $9.95 for black and $10.95 for the matching colors.
