The MAC 1014 12-gauge features a steel receiver designed with a self-regulating gas piston system which allows it to cycle with shotshells from 1-ounce up to the heaviest 3-inch magnum loads. Gas not needed to cycle the action is vented through a unique system, thereby reducing recoil and allowing for quicker follow-up shots. A large, knurled charging handle ensures excellent traction even when wearing gloves. The MAC 1014’s serrated cartridge drop lever promotes no-fumble operation. The safety located behind the trigger, can quickly be moved from safe to fire without changing hand position.
The MAC 1014 has a 5 + 1 magazine tube which is compatible with Benelli™
M2 magazine extensions to increase shotshell capacity. The barrel is 18.5-inches in length with an overall sight radius of 22.5-inches from the adjustable, for windage and elevation, ghost ring back sight to the white dot front sight post. This combination delivers confident point-of-aim, point-of-impact whether shooting buckshot or slugs. The MAC 1014 comes with Benelli™ Mobil Improved, Modified and Full chokes. The receiver has a Picatinny rail which accepts reflex or closed emitter red dot optics.
The MAC 1014’s non-glare, matte black oxide finish with black polymer furniture has an integral pistol grip stock with robust rubber butt pad which allows for quick shouldering. It too, accepts Benelli™ M4 stocks. The shotgun is well-balanced to optimize firearm control in any shooting scenario.
