To take advantage of the limited-time offer, customers need to only complete the POF-USA customer rebate form and send it to POF-USA; along with a copy of the receipt for the purchase of the firearm, and a copy of page (1) of the ATF Form 4473. These three documents should then be mailed to the address listed on the POF-USA customer rebate form, during the promotional period, to receive the $100 gift card. This opportunity is open only to legal U.S. residents who are age 21 or older and excludes the POF-USA PSG 22 and P19 models.
