The Competition rifle is the most accurate and highest-performing production class PRS style Bergara rifle that exists. Bergara noted that the 6 GT is both exceedingly accurate and forgiving to reload with a variety of brass, bullets, and powder while boasting speeds from 2800 fps to over 2975 fps. The shooter can get great results with different combinations compared to some of the other popular PRS cartridges.
The “Comp” rifle starts with a 26”- #7 profile stainless steel competition Bergara barrel. This barrel is stiffer, more stable,slow to heat up, and doesn’t walk as fast after the barrel temperature rises. This rifle has an overall weight is 12.7 lbs.
The stainless-steel barrel is polished and has a clear Cerakote® finish. This gun has a Bergara Premier action and a MPA BA Chassis. The Bergara Competition rifle has all the features a shooter needs to end up on the podium.

Additional features include the Arca-Swiss rail for easy and fast adjustments. The 3-in-1 rail has a screw hole for your common camera tripod adaptor. The Arca-Swiss rail also allows you to easily slide your gun back and forth, and if you have a Picatinny bipod, both mounting and adjusting are seamless.
Bergara’s Trigger Tech® partnership makes use of a Trigger Tech Special trigger which increases performance and accuracy for the end-user by eliminating creep and heavy trigger pulls.
