Beretta USA Expands 1301 Tactical C Lineup with 7+1 and 5+1 Versions

Beretta USA is expanding its renowned 1301 Tactical shotgun lineup with the introduction of the 1301 Tactical C models, now available in both 5+1 and 7+1 configurations. While these models maintain the same industry-leading performance and reliability as previous versions, the “C” designation simply reflects a naming update, with no changes to the shotgun itself- aside from the addition of the 5+1 configuration designed for compliance in states with capacity restrictions.

Beretta USA will now offer two configurations of the Beretta 1301 Tactical C:

    • 1301 Tactical C 5+1 – A reliable option designed for compliance in states with reduced capacity regulations.
    • 1301 Tactical C 7+1 – Available with an increased capacity while delivering the same unparalleled speed and reliability.

“The Beretta 1301 Tactical has long been the gold standard for defensive shotguns, and that remains unchanged with the ‘C’ models,” said Caleb McMillen, Senior Product Manager at Beretta USA. Whether you chose the 5+1 or 7+1, you’re getting the same world-class Beretta quality and reliability.”

The Beretta 1301 Tactical series is widely recognized for its superior performance, featuring Beretta’s proprietary BLINK gas system, which allows it to cycle 36% faster than other shotguns in its class. The 1301 Tactical has earned multiple accolades, including the 2024 Industry Choice Awards (ICA) Shotgun of the Year and the 2022 Ballistics’ Best: Tactical 12GA Shotgun Award.

Beretta USA remains committed to providing innovative, high-performance firearms that meet the evolving needs of American shooters. Both the 5+1 and 7+1 versions of the Beretta 1301 Tactical C will be available at Beretta dealers nationwide starting in March 2025. Check with your local dealer for availability. Pricing for the Beretta 1301 Tactical C starts at $1799.
