Due to the updated unconsititutional assault weapons ban in New York State in 2013, we decided to follow suit with other manufacturers and offer a rifle that is compliant for New York State Residents.

The NEW YORK STATE COMPLIANT option gets rid of the adjustable stock, pistol grip, and threaded barrel of a traditional AR and replaces it with a Thordsen FRS-15 Stock, and a Pistol Buffer Tube with foam sleeve for a comfortable cheek hold. We also install a slotted barrel thread cap that we pin and weld in place to be in compliance with the no muzzle device or threaded barrel provision in the law.
