Are you interested in working with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources? The Traverse City DNR Job and Career Fair will take place Tuesday, March 20, noon to 3 p.m. at the Traverse City DNR Customer Service Center, 2122 M-37, in Traverse City.
Representatives from a variety of divisions (including parks, wildlife, law enforcement, fisheries and finance) will be on hand to talk with people and share information on current job opportunities and potential careers with the department. Specific employment opportunities currently available in the area include summer jobs with local state parks, as well as non-career wildlife assistants.
“The Traverse City DNR Job and Career Fair is a convenient and unique opportunity to provide information to people looking for local summer jobs with the DNR, and those interested in a career at the DNR,” said Chris Stark, park manager at Interlochen State Park.
