One Horse Expands Express Series with Two Factory-Tuned 10.5-Inch Pistols

The One Horse Express Pistols (MLOK and Quad Rail) bring Atrius Development Group’s Forced Reset Selector to compact, purpose-built 5.56 platforms
BROWNSTOWN, Ind. — One Horse today announced the expansion of the One Horse Express Series with two factory-tuned 10.5-inch pistols chambered in 5.56 NATO. The Express Pistol MLOK and Express Pistol Quad Rail carry the factory-installed, factory-tuned approach introduced with the original 16-inch One Horse Express Rifle into a compact platform.
Both models will debut July 30 during GOALS Range Day, the media and industry live-fire event held ahead of Gun Owners of America’s Gun Owners Advocacy and Leadership Summit, or GOALS, in Des Moines, Iowa. The summit runs Aug. 1-2 at the Iowa Events Center and One Horse is Booth #3142.
The original Express Rifle debuted June 19 as the first factory-built production rifle equipped with Atrius Development Group’s Forced Reset Selector. The new pistols carry that same system-level approach into a shorter platform. Each pistol is assembled, fitted, timed and tested at the factory so the selector, fire control group, gas system, bolt carrier group and buffer system work together as a complete package.
“The Express Series has grown fast because customers have seen what ‘Built to Run’ means: a rifle that’s tuned, tested and ready to work right out of the box,” said Jeremy Hammons, CEO of One Horse. “Adding the 10.5-inch pistols was the next logical step. We didn’t just shorten the platform — we carried over the same factory fitting and timing process that made the original Express Rifle what it is. Shorter platform, same standard, same reliability.”
Customers can choose between two Express Lock handguard and brace configurations:
Express Pistol MLOK: A 9.25-inch M-LOK Express Lock Handguard with M-LOK mounting compatibility on seven sides, two quick-detach sling points and an SB Tactical SBA3 pistol stabilizing brace.
Express Pistol Quad Rail: A 9.5-inch quad-rail Express Lock Handguard with four sides of 1913 Picatinny rail, cooling and lightening cuts throughout and an SB Tactical SBA5 pistol stabilizing brace.
Both models use a carbine-length gas system with a low-profile steel gas block that is dimpled and staked. Shared features include:
- Atrius Development Group Single-Side Forced Reset Selector
- Polished and tuned mil-spec fire control group
- Breek Arms Warhammer Mod2 ambidextrous charging handle
- M16-profile bolt carrier group that is MPI (magnetic particle inspected)
- Buffer system weighted and tuned for the complete operating system
- THRiL RTG pistol grip
At checkout, customers can select an ambidextrous Atrius selector; TiN, NiB or PVD bolt carrier group upgrades; and an assortment of Vortex Optics products.
“Partnering with One Horse is the kind of move that changes the conversation,” said Ryan Spadafore, CEO and founder of Atrius Development Group. “They represent what we respect in American manufacturing: family ownership, precision-driven production and a commitment to performance. We’re proud to stand alongside One Horse as we take that next step together. Together we win.”
The One Horse Express Pistols will be available beginning July 30 at www.theonehorse.com/express. The limited initial production inventory will be offered exclusively through One Horse for direct-to-consumer orders, giving customers immediate access to the new platforms at launch. Dealer ordering will open after the initial inventory is sold, allowing One Horse to support its retail partners with a stronger inventory position and more consistent product availability as production scales.
