SAF Files for Emergency Stay with SCOTUS in CA Gun Show Case

Attorneys representing the Second Amendment Foundation and its partners in parallel cases challenging California’s ban on gun shows held on public property have filed an emergency application with the U.S Supreme Court asking that a Ninth Circuit Court mandate be recalled, and a stay be issued pending an appeal to the high court later this year.

The cases involve two sets of plaintiffs. A legal action in the Southern District in San Diego involves SAF, B&L Productions/Crossroads of the West, Barry Bardack, Ronald J. Diaz, Sr., John Dupree, Christopher Irick, Robert Solis, Lawrence Michael Walsh, Captain Jon’s Lockers, L.A.X. Firing Range/LAX Ammo, California Rifle & Pistol Association (CRPA), and South Bay Rod and Gun Club.

In the Central California case, SAF is joined by B&L Productions/Crossroads of the West, Gerald Clark, Eric Johnson, Chad Littrell, Jan Steven Merson, CRPA, the Asian Pacific American Gun Owners Association and the Second Amendment Law Center. They are represented by attorneys C.D. Michel, Anna M. Barvir and Tiffany D. Cheuvront at Michel & Associates in Long Beach, and Donald Kilmer at Kilmer Law Offices in Caldwell, Idaho.

The emergency application was submitted to Associate Justice Elena Kagan. The goal is to have an order by the Ninth Circuit’s three-judge panel allowing the gun show ban to be enforced to be recalled, and in its place to have a stay granted, pending a request for certiorari to the high court. Schumer Agrees with Trump on Illegal Immigrants

The desire for power and control has changed Chuck Shumer’s stance on illegal immigrants.

Today, the chameleon says this: SEN. CHUCK SCHUMER: Now more than ever we’re short of workers. We have a population that is not reproducing on its own with the same level that it used to. The only way we’re going to have a great future in America is if we welcome and embrace immigrants — the DREAMers and all of them — because our ultimate goal is to help the DREAMers — but get a path to citizenship for all 11 million, or however many undocumented, there are here.

Why the flip-flop?  Answer:  Power.

Motorkote Motor Treatment for Miraculous Results

Heavy Duty Motor Treatment by Motorkote

By Glen Wunderlich

Charter Member Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA)

What follows is an unsolicited and unpaid testimonial about this product that I was so excited about, I had to share it.

My old GMC Sierra, 2003 vintage with 242,000 miles on it really runs well and has been well maintained.  However, for the past month or so, the check engine light was trying to tell me something.  So, after ignoring it for too long, I stopped into a NAPA store and found a volunteer to run a test with a code reader.  The cordial staff member said there was a fuel issue but he couldn’t pinpoint the malfunction based on the data provided.

He mentioned a few parts that could be the culprit, but I didn’t want to start replacing things.  I also didn’t want to pay the shop fee at a local auto repair facility, being the innate cheap guy I am.  Since one of his suspicions had to do with the injectors, I asked him if I put some fuel treatment in the tank, would there be a chance to correct the issue and he said it could.

Since I’ve been a fan of Motorkote products – especially the Hyper Lubricant for oil – I recalled that I had some of the Motor Treatment in stock back home.  When I got home, I poured the entire bottle into the gasoline tank and hoped for the best.  It’s been about a week since the treatment and I’m a believer!  The dang light went off today and only a half tank of fuel was consumed since the experiment began.

This is one product I’ll keep in stock now!

MotorKote Heavy Duty Motor Treatment is to be used in all gas, diesel, ethanol fuels, and in engine oil crankcases.
