Colorado Sheriff Arrested for Dealing Meth
Gun-control advocates have lost a mouthpiece. At least he’s been given a “timeout” – bigtime. A Colorado sheriff, Patrick Sullivan now sits in the jail named after – wait for it – himslelf! Seems he got caught dealing meth.
For 18 years, his rights were above ours. Sherrif Grayson Robinson had this statement on the case:
“The criminal investigation into this matter was initiated on Nov. 17, after several individuals presented credible information that provided probable cause to believe that Sullivan may be involved in the distribution and use of methamphetamine.”

Old Man Winter finally arrived and just in time for some muzzleloading deer hunting. Actually, he made his appearance on the final day of regular firearms deer season in Shiawassee County, much to the chagrin of commuters but much to the delight of late-season deer hunters.

A frenzied duck dog shot his owner in the tailbone when it got excited in the boat. No ducks were injured in the incident.
Man Shoots Himself in Attempt to Shoot Squirrel
An Oregon man shot himself in the foot while attempting to shoot a squirrel with his .22 rimfire. Like Chris Matthews, he had a funny feeling running down (maybe up) his leg.
CPL Applicants Could Apply in any County under Bill
A bill sponsored by state Sen. Mike Green, R-Mayville, is to be discussed Tuesday that would have eliminated county gun boards and placed licensing under the Michigan secretary of state. It has, however, been changed to keep the boards, but allows permit applicants to choose where they apply.
Michigan Gains Maximun CPL Reciprosity
The Michigan Attorney General’s Office has announced that it had reached reciprocity agreements with 39 states, meaning that every other state that has a concealed carry law will accept a Michigan CPL permit. In addition, Michigan will accept the permits from each of the other 39 states.
