It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies. Increasing America ‘s debt weakens us domestically and internationally. Michigan is not usually a stopping point during its long journey to Antarctica. If you are in the area looking for this rare visitor, be sure to check out other wildlife viewing opportunities at Ludington State Park.
