Boise, ID—2A Armament, the maker of lightweight AR15 rifles and accessories has announced the release of their new lightweight 308 receiver set.Debuting at SHOT Show booth #4461, the XANTHOS-lite has the same popular appearance, functionality, strength, and weight savings found in their BALIOS-lite sets. Made of 7075-T6 billet with world class machining, the XANTHOS weighs in at 16oz for the matched set.
The XANTHOS-lite is based off of the DPMS high rail design, and will accept most of the DPMS/SR-25 pattern parts on the market. The XANTHOS-lite will only be sold as a matched set.
