Federal Ammunition’s shotshell engineers collaborated with experts at Rob Roberts Custom Gunworks in the fall of 2025 to design specialized Raptor Steel waterfowl loads. In early 2026, Federal expanded this product line to six options. These new loads are shipping to dealers nationwide and are ready for fall hunts.

Federal Ammunition recently launched six new rebate programs for big-game hunters this fall. Shoppers who buy at least two boxes of qualifying Federal ammunition will receive a rebate equivalent to 20 percent of the purchase price.

Federal Ammunition was recently awarded contracts to supply two Canadian law enforcement organizations with rifle and shotgun ammunition for duty and training purposes. These agreements will supply the Department of National Defense (DND) with 300 Blackout duty and training rounds, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) with 12-gauge slugs and buckshot duty loads.
