Big Shot to Pay for Hunting Violations

Three Florida men, including Mark Morse, the owner of The Villages, an exclusive retirement community,  admitted to misdemeanor hunting violations Friday and were ordered to pay fines  and restitution.

As part of a plea agreement, Montana Assistant Attorney General Barbara Harris filed  the amended misdemeanor charge in place of two previously filed felony charges  and a misdemeanor charge related to alleged illegal hunting on a ranch owned by  Morse that straddles Yellowstone and Big Horn counties.  More here…

Outdoors Groups Rally Around California Fish and Game Commissioner

Dan Richards, president of the California Fish and Game Commission and an avid angler, hunter and friend to sportsmen and women, is being unfairly attacked by extreme environmental and animal rights organizations for taking part in a legal hunt in Idaho.
