EOTECH Launches the OGL-C Commercial Laser System

EOTECH is proud to introduce the OGL-C. This commercial variant provides all the features and benefits of the standard OGL but with eye-safe visible and IR lasers and IR illumination.

 

Available in either Black or Tan, the OGL-C can be mounted on any side of the rifle’s handguard, but the primary position is on the top rail. Ample separation between the lasers and the IR illuminator ensures no interference with front iron sights. Only slightly larger than a deck of cards, the housing incorporates strategic cuts and channels to reduce unnecessary weight.

“We are excited to get the consumer friendly OGL out into the market” said Mark Miller, EOTECH Product Manager. “This product was designed and developed with ergonomics in mind, as well as a feature set that is sure to satisfy the more sophisticated tactical user.”

Stacked vertically on the front of the OGL-C are the visible and IR lasers. Both lasers are co-aligned and share windage and elevation adjustments, making the zeroing procedure easy. Positioned on the other side is an adjustable illuminator that provides quick beam divergence from a close-range flood to a long-range spot using the sliding adjustment lever. Powered by (1) CR123 battery, the 515-nanometer green visible laser is 6 times easier to see than red lasers and offers .5 milliwatts of power on HIGH. It’s 850-nanometer IR laser provides almost .7 milliwatts at high power. And finally, the 850-nanometer IR illuminator can quickly shift from an approximate 105 MRAD flood to an approximate 30 MRAD beam. Federal To Release New Handgun Ammo Options in 2026

Federal Ammunition announces new handgun ammunition options for 2026. Two new offerings will be added to the Power-Shok hunting handgun and Punch Personal Defense product lines. The world-leading ammunition brand will also launch an all-new Federal Premium® Terminal Ascent hunting handgun product line.

Three Terminal Ascent handgun-hunting rounds feature a bonded, nickel-plated bullet design to increase weight retention, while a unique elastomer-filled nose cavity reliably expands. The new loads include 10mm Auto 203-grain, 357 Mag. 157-grain, and 44 Rem. Mag. 235-grain.

The Power-Shok handgun-hunting round features a powerful, standard jacketed hollow-point bullet suited to a variety of big game and offered at a specific price point. The new load is 45 Long Colt 235-grain.

Remington Ammunition Will Release Several New Shotshell and Rimfire Options in 2026

 

Remington Ammunition announces several new shotshell options, plus a new rimfire load for 2026. This includes new options in Royal Flush upland loads as well as an all-new Final Strut lineup of turkey loads. And in rimfire, Remington will deliver its all-new Performance Wheelgun 22 product line.

The new Remington Final Strut loads are two 3-inch, 12-gauge. 2-ounce loads in No. 6 or 7 shot, and two 3-inch, 20-gauge. 1-1/4-ounch loads in No. 6 or 7 shot. These four turkey loads deliver greater retained energy at longer distances due to their heavy payloads of 12 g/cc tungsten pellets.

The new Royal Flush loads are two 2-3/4-inch, 12-gauge. 1-1/4-ounch loads in No. 7.5 or 8 shot, and two 2-3/4-inch, 20-gauge. 1-ounce loads in No. 7.5 or 8 shot. These Premier grouse and quail loads feature magnum-grade copper-plated payloads to ensure knock-down power.

The new Performance Wheelgun 22 load is 22 Long Rifle, 39-grain. This 22 LR load features a truncated-cone bullet designed for low noise and optimal performance in rimfire revolvers. Read more
