Barnett’s New HyperGhost™ Crossbows
New for 2019, Barnett launches the all-new Hyper™ series – Barnett’s fastest, hardest-hitting hunting crossbows ever. The HyperGhost™ 405 and the HyperGhost™ 425 harness Barnett’s newest technology and design to offer crossbow hunters the speed and power to take down big game.
The HyperGhost™ 405 features a new upgraded stock and Barnett’s patented step-through riser. The crossbow kit includes three HyperFlite™ arrows designed exclusively for use with Hyper™ Series crossbows. These .204″ small-diameter arrows hammer through deer, hogs, and other large game. Another patented addition: the Retractable Underarm Counter Balance Support (RUCS), hooks under the shooter’s arm to counteract the weight of the riser for a balanced, secure shot when shouldering the bow. The Michigan Department of Natural Resources has recommended a series of deer regulation changes for the upcoming fall hunting seasons, which the Michigan Natural Resources Commission will be discussing over the next three months.
Up to $70,000 (in matching grants up to $3,000 each) is available this year to support tree planting on public property. It’s all part of the ongoing partnership between the DTE Energy Foundation, which supplies the funding, and the DNR and ReLeaf Michigan, which together administer the program, to promote and properly plant trees on public property.
